45mm (1.75 in) x 18 inches long collagen casings will hold about 1.5  lb pound. THE CASINGS ARE  TIED WITH A LOOP AND READY TO WET AND STUFF.

Excellent casings for smoked sausage. 100 casings will stuff around 150 pounds of sausage. Costing around 19cents per pound to stuff your sausage. Soak in water for 5 to 10 minutes before stuffing.

DO NOT LEAVE IN WATER AN EXTENDED LENGTH OF TIME. Collagen are the best old fashioned casing for smoked, cooked or dry sausage as they are made from natural beef protein.The smaller casinscook and dry quickly.
